The 40 Under 40 program celebrates the remarkable talent and achievements of 40 young professionals in Northeast Wisconsin. Individuals are selected based on criteria such as their future potential, leadership, community involvement, and innovation, highlighting their exceptional contributions to the region. Honorees are featured in a special section of an issue of Insight on Business.
In 2025, the 40 Under 40 honorees were selected from a nearly 150 nominations. Honorees were recognized in a photography exhibit, Insight’s Portraits of Success:40 Under 40 at The Art Garage in Green Bay. The exhibit was kicked off with an exclusive invite-only VIP First Look networking reception on May 29 to celebrate the honorees.
