Manufacturing First announces Mike Staver as keynote speaker

Save the date for the 2019 Manufacturing Expo & Conference. This year’s event will feature Mike Staver, author of “Leadership Isn’t for Cowards.”

The manufacturing event, which will be held Oct. 30 at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay, is one of the state’s largest. More than 1,200 people attended in 2018.

Staver, an internationally respected speaker, is known for taking noisy, complex leadership content and making it entertaining and easy to understand. Training magazine recently ranked some of his work No. 1 on its 2018 Training Top 125 list, which recognizes organizations with successful learning and development programs.

Prior to Staver’s keynote address, David Kohler, president and CEO of the Kohler Co., will deliver a special welcome and presentation.

Manufacturing First features numerous special presentations and breakout sessions. The event also includes a huge exhibit floor featuring more than 200 exhibitors, including some of the state’s largest manufacturers.
