Performa celebrates 25 years

Giving purpose the space to thrive
Our team of talented architects and engineers aligns our clients’ culture and vision with their physical environment by engaging in a collaborative design process. By integrating all of the project imperatives into a solution that elevates their business, we provide space for our clients’ purpose to thrive.
Established in De Pere in 1995 by Doug Page and Jeff Kanzelberger, Performa began as a small, tight-knit group of architects and engineers who believed in looking beyond technical expertise to connect the capital asset decisions of their clients to their business strategy. Today, when our team engages with a client, we integrate the people who live, learn or work in a space with the work they produce and the place that it occurs to create intentional experiences that align with their purpose. We view the challenges that our clients face as opportunities to define themselves and their success more clearly so they can thrive. Thanks to our engaging approach and our clients, Performa has flourished beyond what ever could have been imagined when it was launched.

Integrated architecture, engineering and design
We intentionally integrate architecture, engineering and design under one roof to
more effectively serve our clients. Doing so allows us to improve communication throughout the design process, developing better solutions faster than if we collaborated with outsourced professionals.
Currently owned by Doug Page, Brian Netzel and Matt Marek, Performa has been on a growth trajectory since it started 25 years ago. With offices in De Pere and Atlanta, Ga., our team is dedicated to being the best in their professional fields in order to elevate our clients’ experiences and those that they serve.
We take great pride in the relationships and projects we have created through the years and would like to thank everyone that has been part of our success!
