“She has shown incredible growth over her manufacturing career. Shortly after she was hired she quickly became a reliable, high performing team member,” Young says of Senn, who grew up loving mathematics and was the daughter of a manufacturer, was among the first-ever students to earn degrees in mechanical engineering from UW-Green Bay.
