Terms and Conditions
This agreement is entered into between Insight Publications, hereinafter referred to as the “Event”, and each participant attending the Event, hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”
The Participant agrees to be included in the event master registration list which is shared with event sponsors unless Participant does an opt-out. To opt-out, uncheck the box found directly above these terms with the question: “I authorize Insight Publications to provide my contact information to sponsors of the event”
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Event may take photographs and/or video recordings of Participants during the Event for use in promotional and/or marketing materials for the Event, including but not limited to, websites, brochures, advertisements and other printed materials. The Participant grants the Event permission to use their likeness in these photographs and/or video recordings.
The Participant understands that the photographs and/or video recordings may be used by the Event and/or its affiliates in perpetuity and in any medium, whether now known or hereafter devised. The Participant acknowledges that they will not receive compensation for the use of their likeness in these photographs and/or video recordings.
The participant agrees to be added to the daily, weekly and manufacturing e-newsletters to stay informed of information going on in the New North region. You can unsubscribe at any time.
The Participant represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and have the right to grant the above permissions to the Event. If the Participant is under the age of 18, they represent and warrant that they have obtained the consent of their parent or legal guardian to grant the above permissions.
The Participant acknowledges that they have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and freely and voluntarily agree to be bound by it.
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age or, in the case of the registrant being unable to sign for themselves, I am the legal guardian authorized to provide consent on their behalf.
