What should I expect at this event?  

40 Under 40 brings together 300+ business leaders, emerging professionals, and community influencers for an evening of connection and celebration. Guests will enjoy extensive networking, a champagne toast, and an immersive gallery showcasing this year’s honorees. The event also features a brief awards program recognizing the individuals helping shape the future of Northeast Wisconsin.

How can I purchase tickets?

How can I nominate someone for an award?

Nominees may live anywhere but must work within 18 county Northeast Wisconsin region. Nominees must be under the age of 40 as of May 2027. Anyone — including colleagues, peers, supervisors, patients, community members, friends, or family — may submit a nomination. Self-nominations are accepted.

How will honorees be recognized?  

Insight will recognize and elevate our 40 Under 40 honorees through community-driven nominations, independent honoree selection, and regional storytelling across Insight Publications’ print, digital, event, and social platforms.

How many people are expected to attend this event?

We anticipate approximately 300+ guests.

What is your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Tickets are transferable; the name on the ticket does not have to match the name of the ticket holder.
