Executive coaching firm RISE Leadership launched in 2011 to teach leaders how to find their confidence and strengthen organizations.
“Our research shows that 91% of new leaders struggle with Imposter Syndrome,” says CEO Ben Fauske. “This hurts the team, clients and the organization.”
Using a series of assessments that RISE Leadership created with associates from Harvard University and St. Norbert College, as well as a special curriculum, RISE Leadership helps leaders connect to their authentic selves.
“These assessments have fueled record-level success for the 5,000-plus leaders and dozens of organizations we serve,” Fauske says.
RISE Leadership has also launched a Confidence Club for Superintendents, which is focused on coaching confidence to administrative leaders, educators and students.
