Guardian Risk Solutions, launched in 2019, uses its experience with property and casualty insurance to help businesses understand “the often-missed details of risk management programs,” says Clare Dickman, founder and vice president.
“Much of our rapid growth has been driven by the growth of our existing clients, strong retention, and a steady stream of referrals from both clients and business partners,” says Dickman. That’s a reflection of the trust placed in the company, “and we don’t take that for granted,” she adds.
Insurance brokerage and consulting has been slow to adopt new technology, she says, but the industry has moved toward service centers to contain cost. Guardian, however, has instead shifted its focus to end‑user experience. “We found a way to maintain a personalized customer experience while we leverage external technology to assist with our efficiency,” Dickman says.
