Since 2016, Paramount Physical Therapy and Training has offered bespoke physical therapy and training services to its clients, and during the last three years, the clinic has sought ways to reach more people.
“That led us to expand into B2B partnerships, working directly with companies to support their employees’ health and wellness,” says Bryan Schwebke, owner and physical therapist.
The clinic now partners with 13 organizations — ranging from small local businesses to global corporations. In March, Paramount built and moved into a new Suamico facility.
“As we’ve grown, we’ve focused heavily on scalability — ensuring that each new addition to the team contributes to both the quality of our services and the sustainability of our business model,” Schwebke says. “That balance between growth and profitability has been one of the keys to our long-term success.”
