Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), a comprehensive provider of engineering, manufacturing and installation of electrical systems and solutions, has expanded its market presence in Wisconsin strongly during the past year, “reflecting our continued investment in people and projects across the region,” says CEO Mike Jansen.
For example, the company, founded in 1972, also has grown its Wisconsin-based staff by 15% since the end of 2024. “We plan to continue adding employees locally and nationally in a similar growth pattern in 2026,” Jansen says.
Each of those team members plays a key role in advancing FTI’s “culture of innovation,” he says.
With nearly 2,000 team members now based in Wisconsin, FTI has “built a strong foundation of local expertise and deep industry relationships,” Jansen says. “Rather than serving as a vendor, we focus on being a true strategic partner, opening doors for larger projects and long-term collaborations.”
The company also has expanded its manufacturing and prefabrication capabilities, and its culture of safety — its “number one core value” — also has been a major part of the company’s growth, Jansen says. “It is the reason many clients continue to choose us.
