Authentic Confidence is the rallying cry at RISE Leadership, which was founded by Ben Fauske in 2009. At first, RISE was just Fauske. But the company has recently grown to four employees and is now working to certify new coaches every day, as well as forming new partnerships with community leaders and organizations on its signature efforts: the Authentic Confidence Experience Assessment and Healthy Culture Project initiative.
Cities, schools and corporate leaders are among RISE’s clients. Fauske says “healthy growth” is one of the company’s core values, and it starts with building trust and creating value.
“Once the customer sees the value of the assessment, they are often ready for us to start working with their team,” Fauske says.
