Founded in 2010, Nutritional Healing, which uses diagnostic testing to assess an individual’s nutritional needs, has increased its presence beyond Wisconsin over the past three years “through online consultations, educational online videos, community partnerships and collaborations with local health care providers who share our vision for root-cause wellness,” says owner and clinical nutritionist Kimberly Baehman.
While the business has seen steady year-over-year growth, “what truly fuels our success is the impact we create,” Baehman says. “Our clients’ transformations through improved health, restored energy, and renewed hope naturally drive retention and referrals.”
The business also focuses on hiring the right people, “because while skills can be trained, empathy and passion cannot,” Baehman says. “We’ve learned to be patient in hiring, ask the right questions to ensure it’s a good career match, and prioritize those who share our values and genuine desire to help others heal.”
