While Bryan Schwebke’s business model has shifted in the last three years, his dedication to Paramount Physical Therapy and Training’s vision of re‑imagined health care has remained steadfast.
“Our growth has been driven primarily through a deliberate shift toward business‑to‑business partnerships,” Schwebke says. “We have expanded both the number of organizations we work with and the scale of those relationships, moving into larger companies with multiple locations and more complex needs.”
Paramount, which operates in Suamico and Sun Prairie, has built a flexible provider network and significantly expanded its virtual wellness and performance coaching platforms, Schwebke says.
“Our expansion has not been about opening more locations for the sake of growth,” he says, “but about building a scalable, integrated model that allows us to meet people where they are, both physically and digitally, while maintaining a premium, consistent experience.”
