Dustin McClone is proud of how his family’s company has grown since 1949 — including doubling its revenue and setting continuous performance records over the past few years.

McClone’s footprint has grown steadily from its home base in Menasha to offices in Madison, Milwaukee, Sheboygan and Fond du Lac, serving clients who operate globally. A major driver has been RiskMAP™, which officials say has completely shifted client outcomes and, by extension, McClone’s operations.
“When we decide to do something, we go all in,” Dustin says. “Innovation only matters if it makes us better at serving clients, so our focus isn’t on chasing the next new thing. It’s on execution.”
