Ben Fauske had eight jobs in eight years before he figured out he had a confidence problem. That realization became the foundation of RISE Leadership, the executive coaching firm he launched in 2014 to help leaders attract healthy growth through what he calls Authentic Confidence.
The firm collaborated with Harvard Medical School to develop a proprietary confidence assessment tool now used globally. The Authentic Confidence Experience gives CEOs a data-backed lens on their own leadership and that of their teams.
“When a CEO sees the impact of our leadership development strategies, they want those strategies embraced by the entire organization,” Fauske says.
One client entered the relationship with an employee engagement score of 5 out of 10; it now sits above 8. RISE continues to scale with a new AI-assisted coach training program and the freshly launched CoConfident Teams offering that is accelerating team development.
