In the last few years, Packer has expanded its industrial vending solutions, kitting and prefabrication services, and product lines. It has also implemented a NetSuite ERP platform and created proprietary AI and pricing tools that have transformed the business, which now has 14 locations in eight states.
“Growth has been driven by large project wins,” Albrecht says, “especially in renewable energy, technology infrastructure and data centers, along with deeper penetration into existing markets.”
