Senior Business Intelligence Manager / Age 35
Miller Electric
As a Ripon College communications graduate with early experience in community outreach, Adam Hatlak says receiving a job offer at Miller Electric was an opportunity to truly develop professionally.
“It was a role that was a new function, and a new industry, and I had a manager who was willing to take the time to teach me new things and let me grow in a new way,” Hatlak recalls. After more than six years at Miller, Hatlak says, “I’ve continued to find people taking more and more time to give more and different exposure to new things and help me grow in different ways.”
One accomplishment he’s proud of is leading Miller’s United Way campaign committee for the last two years. “We’ve had back-to-back record-breaking campaigns for our organization that also won awards [from] our local United Way Fox Cities,” he says.
Hatlak is a past participant in Leadership Fox Cities and volunteers with both Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement. He says he greatly enjoys “working with kids in the classroom to help teach other community-based life skills.”
Hatlak and his wife, Lexi, have a daughter, Nora, and son, Owen.
