Vice President of Brand, Marketing & Communications / Age 38
Bellin and Gundersen Health System
Alison Fiebig says her “biggest break continues to be that I’ve been given many opportunities to work in different industries and gain diverse perspectives of how a business operates. These experiences have uniquely sharpened my skill set and helped me fall in love with brand strategy work.”
Now in her role with Bellin and Gundersen Health System for a year, “Alison has made a career telling stories and helping businesses share their stories through their marketing and communications,” says nominator Tiffany Woelfel. “As a community leader, Alison brings passion and new ideas to address needs within the community.”
This includes her efforts in forming The Monthlies Project, an organization that works to end period poverty in Wisconsin. “I LOVE talking about and educating people on menstruation,” Fiebig says.
The initiative provides menstrual health products to school-aged students and brings awareness to the educational inequity that period poverty creates. Fiebig also donates her time and energy to numerous nonprofits, including Kenya Works and the Boys & Girls Club of the Bay & Lakes Region.
