Anne Wettstein started as an HR consultant with Human Resources Consulting in 2012, eventually progressing to president in March 2022 and becoming majority owner of the company when Diane Biersteker retired.
“I have watched Anne grow in her HR career since she was an intern for me as part of her college education,” Biersteker says. “[She] is relentless in her professional life in ‘taking care of the customer.’ The company has grown significantly through her networking, support of local organizations and her personal connections.”
Wettstein has a special skill in training new employees and mentoring them through their career advancement, Biersteker says.
Despite having two young children and helping her husband, Ryan, run several other businesses, “she has learned to balance it all and make it work,” Biersteker says.
The Wettsteins own RAHM Pool and Spa, bioPURE Green Bay and an Airbnb in Townsend. She and Ryan have two children: Harper, 8, and Myles, 7.
