Bob Faulds’s first job was scooping custard at Zesty’s when he was 14. Directly out of college, he began working with Baker Tilly Search & Staffing, which is now Truity Partners, where he still works today.
Faulds is most proud of the opportunity to expand the company into Northeast Wisconsin in 2015 after living and working for the organization in Madison for eight years.
“I felt fortunate to be one of the individuals who was able to purchase what is now Truity Partners when our division, Baker Tilly Search & Staffing, spun off from Baker Tilly at the end of 2021,” Faulds says. “It’s been a rewarding experience becoming a business owner, continuing to develop as a leader, and being able to work with a great team every day to help us all serve our clients and accomplish our goals.”
Faulds serves as president of Green Bay West Rotary Club, through which he and his wife, Stephanie, “spearheaded a Kentucky Derby-themed fundraiser, raising over $24,000 over the past two years,” says nominator Emily Nettesheim.
