O’Connor Connective
When Lindsay Arndt’s son, Sully, was born with a congenital heart defect — Tetralogy of Fallot — she and her family committed to raising awareness and funds for heart research. She coined the term “Fancy Heart,” and in 2018 she partnered with De Pere’s Luna Café to create the Fancy Heart coffee blend to help raise funds to support families through the Herma Heart Institute at Children’s Wisconsin. To date, sales from this blend and donations through the Sullivan Arndt Fancy Heart Fund have raised more than $22,000.
Arndt is a “boomerang” employee, having previously worked with O’Connor Connective from 2017-2020 before re-joining the company last July.
Arndt also founded On Cloud 920, an event rental and event planning business that offers personalized, one-of-a-kind sleepovers. She lives in De Pere with her husband Jay and sons Sully, Calvin and Wilson, who were each born in a different state.
“I’ve been lucky to work with many inspiring women leaders between my different roles in Minnesota, Arkansas and here in Wisconsin,” Arndt says. “Each of them has taught me something unique and special that I carry with me through each new experience.”
