At age 23, Lindsay Harrison-Eirich started her Sheboygan-based marketing firm “after quitting corporate America and, frankly, not having a plan,” she recalls. “I was given the opportunity to move into Jake’s Café — a collaborative work environment owned by Tryg Jacobson — rent-free for 90 days,” she says, which allowed her to focus on securing clients and getting involved in the community. “Not having to worry about rent for the initial phase was an incredible perk to getting started,” she says.
Harrison-Eirich is strongly connected to Sheboygan County nonprofits and organizations, and in 2023 she was named both Sheboygan’s ATHENA International Award winner and its ATHENA International Young Professional Award winner.
Growing up, she watched her dad run a company and her mom work a full-time job, both still finding the time for family or community activities. “I am forever grateful for the lessons that they instilled in me,” she says, “on how to keep my plate full of responsibility yet have a family-first mentality.”
