Matt Kaczmarek started his career at H.J. Martin & Son as an apprentice and ceiling installer, then moved up to become an assistant project manager/estimator before taking his current role in 2021.
During his six years with the company, “Matt excelled through achievements with a positive attitude,” says nominator Nicole Jensky. “As a project manager, he managed $6 million-plus projects, securing $10 million in bids. His leadership led to record-breaking sales and 2023 AGC Build Wisconsin Awards for the EAA Youth Education Center project.”
Additionally, Kaczmarek’s team earned the 2023 Ceiling and Interior Systems Construction Association Construction Excellence Award for acoustic craftsmanship.
Among Kaczmarek’s many leadership activities are chairing H.J. Martin & Son’s diversity committee and the advisory committee for the Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce’s Current Young Professionals organization.
