Both the riskiest and most rewarding professional milestone for Amanda Kroener has been co-founding SNFood & Beverage LLC and launching Carbliss Cocktails with her husband Adam in 2018.
“Neither my husband nor I had experience in the highly competitive and heavily regulated beverage alcohol industry,” Kroener says. “We had to learn quickly about everything from product development to distribution, and we faced a steep learning curve.”
The Kroeners were able to overcome those early obstacles and since then the no‑carb, no‑sugar Carbliss has been named to Inc. 5000’s list of Fastest Growing Privately Owned Companies, ranking No. 1 in the Midwest Region, No. 1 in the Food and Beverage Industry and No. 7 nationally in 2024.
“It required not only entrepreneurial vision but also resilience, adaptability and the ability to build a team that was just as passionate about the product as we were,” she says.
Kroener is passionate about empowering women in leadership and entrepreneurship.
“Through my work with Tundra Angels and as a volunteer for High School Reality Days and Girl Scouts of America, I’m able to help guide the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders,” she says.
