Director of Account Services / Age 35
Element
Katie Bramschreiber, who will celebrate her 10th anniversary at Element this December, says she’s “excited that our generation of leaders is figuring out, mapping out and perfecting the hybrid work style. By prioritizing work-life balance, young leaders are helping create healthier, happier lives — which results in stronger communities and more successful businesses.”
When people feel fulfilled at work and at home, she adds, “they contribute more positively to those around them.”
Bramschreiber, who has held her current role for four and a half years, says most rewarding has been “hearing from my team that they feel supported — both professionally and personally” and “creating a positive, team-oriented atmosphere where people feel valued is something I take pride in.”
It’s a leadership style she’s learned from the strong female supervisors with whom she’s worked throughout her career.
Bramschreiber, who is originally from Seymour, serves on the board of directors for the Green Bay Botanical Gardens and is a member of the Executive Leadership Forum.
