Eck Industries recently broke ground on its new Employee Center, a 6,315-square-foot addition.
The new Employee Center is dedicated to Phil Eck, recognizing his decades of leadership, unwavering commitment to Eck Industries, and his belief that the company’s greatest strength has always been its people.
The addition will include a modern employee breakroom, new locker rooms, a first aid room and safety office, and a connecting corridor to the existing facility.
“As we break ground today, we are honored to dedicate our new Employee Center to Phil Eck,” said Kiley Eck Hayon, President of Eck Industries. “His leadership, integrity, and genuine care for our employees helped build the company we are today. It is only fitting that a space created for our employees will bear his name and serve as a reminder of the values he championed every day.”
The project is being constructed by Hamann Construction.
“It is especially meaningful that Hamann Construction is partnering with us on this project,” Eck Hayon said. “The Eck and Hamann families have worked together across multiple generations, building not only facilities but also a relationship rooted in trust, craftsmanship, and shared values. We are proud to continue that tradition as we invest in the future of our company and our employees.”
Construction is expected to be completed later this year.
