Accurate Controls evaluates HQ options as it anticipates growth

Accurate Controls, Inc., along with its affiliated companies, is actively evaluating future expansion opportunities, according to a statement issued by the company.

As part of this process, the company has initiated discussions with the city of Oshkosh regarding potential development opportunities. However, Oshkosh is only one of several communities currently being considered, and no final decision has been made regarding the location of the company’s future operations.

Accurate Controls is also evaluating options that would allow the company and its affiliated businesses to remain in their current location if adequate space, infrastructure, workforce resources, and long-term growth opportunities can be secured.

“Our company continues to experience significant growth, and it is our responsibility to ensure we have the facilities, infrastructure, and workforce resources necessary to support that growth for years to come,” said TJ Rogers, CEO of Accurate Controls, Inc. “We are carefully evaluating all available options to determine the best long-term solution for our employees, customers, business partners, and the communities we serve.”

Collectively, Accurate Controls and its affiliated companies currently employ more than 170 full-time employees across engineering, software development, project management, production, quality control, customer support, field services, executive protection, and administrative functions. The business anticipates hiring approximately 100 to 150 additional employees over the next three years to meet increasing customer demand.

The purpose of the evaluation process is to identify a corporate office headquarters location. Key considerations include facility capacity, workforce availability, transportation access, community and educational partnerships, quality-of-life considerations, and long-term economic development opportunities.

Accurate Controls, its leadership team, and employees are familiar with community redevelopment and economic growth initiatives. Over the past two decades, the team has played an active role in the revitalization of downtown Ripon through private investment, business development, property redevelopment, and leadership. These efforts have included participation in numerous redevelopment projects, including the establishment and growth of businesses such as Knuth Brewing Company, along with other investments that have contributed to the revitalization of Ripon’s downtown business district.

In addition to his role as CEO of Accurate Controls, TJ Rogers has served as president of the Ripon Business Improvement District (BID) Board and as a member of the City’s Board of Zoning Appeals. Through these leadership positions, Rogers has worked alongside local business leaders, property owners, elected officials, and community stakeholders to advance economic development, encourage private investment, support downtown redevelopment, and promote long-term community planning initiatives.

“Any future expansion decision will be based on our ability to continue supporting our current employees, serving our customers, and creating new job opportunities,” Rogers said. “We appreciate the conversations we have had with community leaders and stakeholders and look forward to continuing to explore opportunities that will position Accurate Controls for longterm success while contributing positively to the community in which we operate, wherever that may be.”

No final relocation or expansion decision has been made.
