Acuity announced that 2025 marked the insurer’s 16th consecutive year of revenue growth.

New business premium for the year reached nearly $600 million—almost double the amount written just three years ago—and the company added $300 million to its top line.

Commercial lines performance was a key contributor to these results. Requests for commercial insurance quotes increased by nearly 40% compared to three years ago, and the company’s quote hit ratio ranked as the second highest in Acuity’s history. Growth was further supported by strong customer loyalty. Acuity ended the year with more than 400,000 policyholders, the highest total in company history.

Revenue growth continues to be supported by exceptional financial strength, with Acuity’s A+ financial strength ratings reaffirmed by both AM Best and Standard & Poor’s in 2025.
