Alwin Manufacturing acquires LaCrosse Brush

Alwin Manufacturing, Green Bay, announced it has acquired LaCrosse Brush and will merge its brands Palmer Fixture and LaCrosse Brush.

LaCrosse Brush was established in 1926 and has a reputation for high-quality industrial brooms and brushes used in many industrial, janitorial, and food processing settings. Palmer Fixture, founded in 1907 offers a wide range of products including towel and tissue dispensers, hand dryers and other essential items that help maintain cleanliness in the workplace.

“We’re deeply connected to our Wisconsin roots and are excited to unite these two storied brands to better serve our community,” said Siggi Witt, president of Alwin Manufacturing. “This merger is about more than just expanding our product line, it’s about continuing our tradition of quality and service in the state we call home.”

The merged product lines will continue to be available at local distributors and directly through company websites.
