AmeriLux International, a distributor and fabricator of plastic sheets, and Brett Martin, announced the formation of American Polycarbonate Company.

This joint venture will manufacture polycarbonate sheets at AmeriLux’s new 500,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution center in De Pere starting in early 2026.

APC combines AmeriLux’s distribution, fabrication, and logistics expertise with Brett Martin’s 60 years of sheet extrusion experience. Both are family-founded, privately held companies. Founded in 2004, AmeriLux thrives on entrepreneurial partnerships. Established in 1958, Brett Martin has grown from a family operation into a global leader.

APC will produce polycarbonate sheets for construction, agriculture, horticulture, data processing, and architecture, featuring advanced glazing for safety and energy efficiency.
