AmeriLux will break ground Tuesday for a $40 million expansion in De Pere’s East Industrial Park.
The 23-acre project site is about one mile south of AmeriLux’s corporate headquarters and less than a mile from the planned Southern Bridge. The new buildings will provide approximately 500,000 square feet of distribution and warehousing space. With 200,000 square feet still available. AmeriLux offers options for companies looking for space from full 3PL/4PL services to leased space.
AmeriLux chose Keller, Inc. as the architect and general contractor. Keller said it will include two buildings and more than a mile of foundation walls.
Upon completion of the new buildings in the winter of 2025-2026, AmeriLux will manage over 1.6 million square feet of distribution and warehousing space. The expansion is expected to create over 100 new jobs in manufacturing, warehousing, management, sales, and CDL drivers.
“The expansion represents a win-win that helps De Pere increase its tax base and positions the company and its workers to chase their potential,” said Kurt Voss, CEO and owner of AmeriLux Family of Companies.
AmeriLux is a value adding distributor of multiwall and corrugated sheets, PVC liner panels, HDPE panels, acrylic sheet, and many other high-quality plastic sheet products. It was founded in De Pere in 2004.
