Appleton based Wire Tech has been sold to Jon Mason of Mason Family Holdings LLC, according to Creative Business Services/CBS-Global.
Wire Tech was owned by Kenneth L. Rodgers and Jill Rodgers. Over 35 years, Wire Tech has built a reputation for quality and craftsmanship, specializing in custom-manufactured filtration products serving the paper industry.
Under new ownership, Wire Tech will continue operations in Appleton and maintain its commitment to serving existing customers, while positioning the company for future growth.
The transaction was facilitated by Michael Schwantes and Steve Ford of Creative Business Services/CBS-Global, who represented the sellers throughout the process.
