The Bank of Kaukauna promoted Erica Dornfeld to chief operating officer.
Previously serving as vice president of operations, Dornfeld fosters culture of collaboration and innovation that extends beyond process improvement. She is known for her ability to mentor and build high-performing teams and has strengthened the bank’s operational foundation while driving strategic growth initiatives.
Her credentials include certified regulatory compliance manager and certified business analysis professional.
