Bayside Marketplace in Ashwaubenon sells for $10.8M at sheriff’s auction

A judge is expected to approve sale of an 18-acre shopping center in Ashwaubenon later this week.

Bayside Marketplace, 2763-2817 S. Oneida St., was sold at a Brown County Sheriff’s auction May 13 for $10.81 million after a foreclosure action initiated by Capital Credit Union.

There was a March foreclosure judgment of $19 million against the owner of Twin Peaks Holdings LLC, Karl Selle.

The mall was sold in 2021 for $18.6 million.
