Bergstrom Automotive announced Monday that it has acquired Lexus of Madison.
It is Bergstrom’s second Lexus dealership with the other located in Appleton. It also is the company’s 40th car dealership in Wisconsin and fifth in Madison.
Terms of the sale were not provided.
In a social media post the company said: “We are honored to represent Lexus in the Madison market. For over 40 years, our focus and commitment has been to deliver great guest experiences. The Lexus brand aligns with our approach of providing this elevated experience to our guests.”

Bergstrom Automotive now employs more than 2,500 and has more than $1 billion in annual sales.
