Tim Bergstrom, president and CEO of Bergstrom Automotive, will present “Win in Today’s Labor Market Through Transparency, Coaching, Culture and Serving Authentically” in the sixth installment of the 25th season of the CEO Breakfast Series at St. Norbert College.

The event will be held April 11, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., at the Miron Construction headquarters in Neenah.

Bergstrom was born and raised in the Fox Valley, graduated from Marquette University, and received his master’s degree in business leadership from Michigan State. Bergstrom Automotive is a privately held company that owns and operates 32 automotive locations representing all volume automotive manufacturers sold in the United States, the only company to achieve this distinction. Bergstrom Automotive is one of the top 100 largest automotive groups in the U.S., with sales in excess of $1.3 billion, and employs over 1,800 teammates throughout Wisconsin.

Through the college’s Donald J. Schneider School of Business & Economics, the CEO Breakfast Series is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for local businesspeople to meet face-to-face with some of the most respected leaders in the business community and to network with other leaders in the region. Speakers share their unique strategies for facing specific business challenges. Topics are selected by the speakers, and their comments are candid, insightful and not likely to be heard in public elsewhere.
