Progress Lakeshore announced its upcoming “So You Want To Start A Childcare Business” boot camp for entrepreneurs in Manitowoc County.
This initiative addresses the need for childcare services in the region and provides aspiring entrepreneurs with the essential resources and information necessary to launch a successful childcare venture.
In collaboration with The Small Business Development Center and Family Connections, an organization focused on early childhood development, this initiative aims to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge and resources necessary to navigate regulations and build a successful childcare business. The boot camp will cover topics including licensing and certification requirements, benefits, start-up costs, and financial considerations.
The Childcare Boot Camp will take place on Sept. 11, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Progress Lakeshore – 202 N 8th St, Manitowoc WI. Registration is $25 a person and can be completed online at progresslakeshore.org/entrepreneurial-boot-camps.
