U.S. Gain, the compressed natural gas division of U.S. Venture Inc. announced it has completed a new CNG station in Indianapolis in partnership with Delco Foods. A

new GAIN Clean Fuel compressed natural gas station opened in Smyrna, Ga. to supply Core-Mark’s fleet

of alternative energy trucks.

The Breast Cancer Family Foundation held its 15th annual Titletown Bike Tour. The event brought in 719 bike riders and raised a record $79,144. The fund total is $17,691 more than the 2014 Titletown Bike Tour and $7,243 more than the 2015 goal set by the organization.

The Door County Community Foundation awarded the Door County YMCA a sustainability grant from the Children & Youth Fund. The grant provides financial assistance to Door County students who would like to participate in the Youth in Government program.

In an effort to bring more awareness to the disease of addiction, Fox Communities Credit Union has partnered with Woodward Radio Group, Fidelity Bank, Prospera Credit Union, Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region Inc., Kimberly-Clark, Women’s Fund for the Fox Valley Region Inc., Willems Marketing & Events, and Culvers of Darboy to bring in former NBA player and addiction recovery advocate, Chris Herren, to speak in Appleton.

ThedaCare was recognized as one of the country’s Most Wired hospitals and health systems by Hospitals & Health Networks magazine for the 14th consecutive year.

St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton and Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh received Most Wired recognition by the American Hospital Association’s Health Forum and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives. Calumet Medical Center in Chilton was recognized in the Most Wired category for small and rural hospitals.

Agnesian HealthCare sponsored a book fair to raise proceeds for the Agnesian HealthCare Volunteers Scholarship Fund. The provider raised more than $7,300 at its annual Garden Walk & Art Fair, which contributes to its Hospice Hope program.

H.J. Martin and Son made both a financial donation to the $4-million Backstage at the Meyer project and performed the installation of new walls, ceilings, flooring and glass and glazing in the renovated building. Additionally, David Martin served as a volunteer on the capital campaign.
