Catalpa Health named Julie Meyer as its new chief executive officer and she will be Catalpa Foundation president.

Meyer has served as Catalpa’s interim CEO since December and has been a Catalpa board member and treasurer since 2020.

“Ensuring every child has access to the behavioral health care they need to thrive is the mission that drives me, and my focus is on guiding strategy and aligning our team and operations so Catalpa can serve every child who needs us,” Meyer said.

Meyer comes to Catalpa from ThedaCare where she served as director of behavioral health since 2018. Throughout her career, she has been a champion for improving access to behavioral health care to all who need it through innovative and patient-centered approaches.
