Cellcom announced it will apply automatic adjustments to July bills for its customers following an outage that lasted about two weeks in May.

The outage was caused by a cyber attack that is under investigation by the FBI according to company officials.

Customers will automatically receive the July adjustment, but the company is offering a “double the downtime” adjustment that customers need to seek by June 16. Customers can apply for that offer here.

Cellcom CEO Brighid Riordan said in a video posted to YouTube the company worked around the clock to resolve the outage and said that no customer information was breached during the attack.
