At School Specialty, where she started her professional journey, Jayne Olson progressed from financial analyst to corporate accounting manager. She spent another eight years as finance manager at Women’s Care of Wisconsin, which she helped secure Paycheck Protection Program loans during the COVID-19 pandemic. “Our primary focus was families, employees and patients that were being impacted,” Olson says.

In 2021, Olson came to Muza Metal Products as its director of finance. She says she is proud of “being part of a dedicated team and making 2022 a great year for growth and productivity. Like everyone, we were faced with significant inflationary pressures from all angles of the business.” Olson implemented pricing strategies to help mitigate margin erosion, leading the initiative in a condensed time from across multiple departments.

Olson is passionate about community activities, including those that fight hunger. She volunteers with the VITA (Voluntary Income Tax Assistance) program, United Way, Feed the Body/Feed the Soul and the MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Society. Additionally, she helped mold the health information technology degree at Fox Valley Technical College.
