Local news about the companies, people and issues that impact business in Northeast Wisconsin and beyond.

Before coming to TIDI Products in 2014, Jim Rubright worked with software development company Transarc, with Wausau-based Greenheck Fan, and with Marinette-based Winsert, which he calls one of the most rewarding roles of his career. His time at Winsert gave Rubright the opportunity to expand beyond finance and IT into leading operations and HR.

“Those experiences at Winsert were vital to my taking that next step in my career development at TIDI, where I have found my purpose,” he says.

During Rubright’s tenure as CFO, TIDI Products has sold the business to a new private equity sponsor, completed five acquisitions, and divested a non-strategic portion of the business. Rubright says he is “proud of the great work the entire team has done to get us to where we are today and to set us up for the future.”

Outside of his day job, Rubright serves the community in a number of capacities, including as a board member of the Western Pennsylvania charitable organization Aria’s Song, which was founded by a friend and photographer who creates memory books for families of terminally ill children.
