In 2006, Mike Pack joined Oshkosh Corp. and spent 18 months in the Netherlands as finance director of a former Oshkosh Corp. company (Geesink Norba Group). He later facilitated that company’s sale and helped with other sales and acquisitions for Oshkosh.

In April 2020, he took on the role of executive vice president and chief financial officer at Oshkosh Corp., just as the pandemic was hitting full swing.

“We faced a significant decline in demand in a very short period, and the rapid return of demand with ensuing supply chain disruptions was the most challenging period in my career,” Pack says. In May 2022, Pack was humbled to stand on the stage at the New York Stock Exchange at the company’s Investor Day event.
