Since joining Network Health in 2017, Brian Ollech’s proudest professional achievement has been setting the organization’s long-term growth plan and return to profitability. In 2021, “we set a targeted plan to grow membership and revenue to over $1 billion by the end of 2023,” Ollech says. “We again executed this year and exceeded our goals and targets, meeting this target one year earlier than planned.”
Over the last year, “we assisted in the successful transition from joint ownership to single company ownership and the financial implications of Network Health in the Froedtert ThedaCare health merger,” Ollech says.
He encourages the next generation of financial leaders to “understand that just understanding the accounting rules and standards, preparing financial statements and analysis are just a small portion of what makes a great financial leader.”
Ollech volunteers with a number of organizations, most recently serving as board president for Welcoming Willows in Little Chute, a new adult day care center for individuals with severe special needs.
“This opportunity not only allows me to give back to something I feel strongly about; my family has helped make this a family affair,” Ollech says. “My wife and daughters volunteer along with me to help make Welcoming Willows a success.”
