Charter Communications announced it will close its facility Appleton leading to the lay off of 313 employees.
The announcement made in a letter to the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development said the technical repair call center would close May 21.
The company said that the work would be transitioned to other call centers in the U.S. and employees would be offered the opportunity to transfer.
