ColorBold Business Association announced two grant opportunities that come with education and mentorship.

The Entrepreneur of Color Collective Grant Program empowers Entrepreneurs Color living in the following counties: Florence, Marinette, Oconto, Menominee, Shawano, Door, Kewaunee, Brown, Outagamie, Waupaca, Waushara, Marquette, Green Lake, Winnebago, Calumet, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc and Sheboygan.

Participants will receive:

  • $2,500 Business Grant

  • Bi-weekly virtual workshops

  • Shared Learning Pods for peer support

  • Monthly meetings with a SCORE Mentor

  • Access to ColorBold’s Community Navigator for personalized guidance

The WISE Entrepreneurship Program (Ages 55+) will help participants learn the essentials to turn an idea into sales. They will practice pitching—then compete for cash prizes. Classes will be held Saturdays, Nov. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 from 9 to 11 a.m. at 610 S. Broadway St., Green Bay. A $150 business start up grant is included.
