New hires

Prevea Health welcomed Abdelouahid Wahid Souala, a general surgeon now caring for patients in Sheboygan. Tyler Van De Voort and Brittney Lemon joined the team of trauma and acute care surgeons at HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.

The SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic welcomed Theresa Hollnagel, a urology certified physician assistant, to its 420 E. Division St. facility and Paula Kasuboski, a nurse practitioner, to SSM Health Ripon Community Hospital.

McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering and architectural firm, has hired Brooklyn Brickham as an architectural designer and Mike McClone as a senior municipal technician at its headquarters in Wisconsin; Debra Epp joins as an administrative assistant at McMahon’s Illinois office.

Gabrielle Finley-Hazle joined Advocate Health as president of Aurora Health Care, leading the growth, development and strategic direction of the Wisconsin market.

North Shore Bank announced William Cole as the new branch manager of the bank’s Sister Bay branch. Cole is responsible for leading operations of the branch, as well as managing the Sister Bay location team members.

The commercial and residential divisions of H.J. Martin and Son, Green Bay, announced the additions of Mark Greene and Rick Burklund in the doors and hardware division, as well as Aeva VerBoort as an interior designer at the Green Bay showroom.

Keller, Inc., a design/build general contractor, promoted Lukas Celis to building leadman and hired Jeremiah Carson as a building craftsman and Justin Black as a footing/wall craftsman out of its Kaukauna location. Sean Cormican was hired as an onsite supervisor out of the Kaukauna location.

The law firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C. recently added attorneys Tara M. Sellen and Brett S. Blayer to its legal team. Sellen’s practice includes family law, litigation and estate planning. Blayer’s practice areas include corporate law, real estate and general business, which may include litigation.

Chris Hendricks has joined Hawkins Ash CPAs as a partner focused on providing tax planning and tax compliance services to privately held businesses. He was most recently a principal at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP). Christopher Lerario joined as a manager specializing in business valuation and transaction advisory services.

The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders have hired three new full-time staff members in preparation for the 2024 Northwoods League season. Adonis Lee has been hired as director of ticket sales; Drew Cowden joins the front office as box office manager; and Jakob Petersen has been named operations manager.

Michelle Weber has joined the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region as its chief financial officer.

Promotions

Lakeshore Technical College has named Christine Loose executive director of the LTC Foundation. She takes on the role previously held by Kristin Liphart, whom Lakeshore named vice president of institutional advancement earlier this year. Loose joined Lakeshore as development officer in April 2023 after retiring from a career with Kohler Co. spanning more than 20 years.

KerberRose announced that Andrew Cordova, Rebecca Tatro and Todd Milan have been promoted to senior managers.

Fox Communities Credit Union has promoted Amanda Brown to director of marketing. Brown joined Fox in 2002 as a marketing assistant.

Becker’s Hospital Review named ThedaCare President and CEO Dr. Imran Andrabi to its 2023 list of 60 influential health care system CEOs. Andrabi is the only Wisconsin CEO named to the list.

Susan Matzat, systems architect and member of Acuity’s agency interface team, was honored with the ACORD Community Leadership Award. The award is presented to individuals demonstrating leadership in the areas of standards development, advocacy, volunteerism and/or implementation.

Fox World Travel CEO Chip Juedes is the winner of the 2023 Global Business Travel Association’s WINiT Individual Award for Best Male Mentor or Coach.


Board appointments

Lawrence University has welcomed four alumni as new members of its board of trustees. The new trustees include Joseph Y. Ahmad ’84, Rick Moser ’83, Abir Sen ’97 and David R. Shepard ’85. All four are term trustees serving three-year terms and eligible for re-election for four consecutive terms.

April Tarras of Advantage Insurance Agency in Plymouth was elected to a three-year term on the board of directors for the Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin at the group’s annual convention in October.

Consolidated Construction Co., Inc., a full-service design/build commercial construction firm headquartered in Appleton, has named Paul Ver Voort to its board of directors.

Amanda Kane, a health nurse practitioner serving at SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital’s Emergency Room, has been appointed by Gov. Tony Evers to serve on the Department of Safety and Professional Services Wisconsin State Board of Nursing.

The J. J. Keller Foundation Board announced the approval of Marne Keller-Krikava as the board chair/president of the J. J. Keller Foundation. James Keller was reaffirmed as vice president and Bob Keller and Brian Keller are the remaining board members.

Brown County Executive Troy Streckenbach and Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance Executive Director Ann Franz are among the 30 Wisconsinites appointed by Gov. Tony Evers to the new Governor’s Task Force on Workforce and Artificial Intelligence.
