The search continues for a new executive director for the Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership.
It was announced in January that Amy Krupp will retire April 30 after 18 years in the position.
“I am incredibly grateful for the support and partnership of our Board of Directors, dedicated staff, City leadership, and the many business and property owners who work towards the betterment of downtown Fond du Lac. The progress we’ve made has been a collective effort, and I am proud of what we have accomplished, and I know great things are still to come.”
Following an initial round of interviews, the board of directors is continuing the search.
Special Events Director Brittany Machleit will serve as interim executive director providing leadership for day-to-day operations and ensuring the continued success of DFP programs, initiatives, and events. She will remain in this role until a permanent executive director is appointed.
Board President JJ Raflik said, “The Board of Directors is committed to conducting a thoughtful and comprehensive search process to identify a leader who will build upon Amy’s strong foundation and continue advancing the mission of the DFP.”
Individuals interested in applying for the Executive Director position are encouraged to submit a cover letter and resume to employment@downtownfdl.com. Additional details about the position are available at downtownfdl.com.

During her tenure, the downtown district experienced more than $180 million in private investment.
