Endries International, Inc., Brillion, has acquired Assembly Fasteners, Inc., a distributor specializing in latches, fasteners, and hardware products and solutions.
It is Endries fourth acquisition in a year.
Founded in Florida in 1984, AFI offers a variety of services, including vendor managed inventory, customer managed inventory and iBinDrop, a stock management innovation giving customers more control over their stock. AFI has about 60 employees.
