Engineering company purchases U.S. Venture building in Kimberly

Baisch Engineering, Kaukauna, has purchased the U.S. Venture building at 425 Better Way, Kimberly.

Baisch, headquartered in Kaukauna, has strong ties to the pulp and paper industry and was founded in 1952 by Stephen Baisch.

According to online public records, Baisch paid $16 million for the 59,000-square-foot building. The company has expanded several times over its history in Kaukauna.

U.S. Venture reached a developer’s agreement in spring of 2024 to move its headquarters to the 222 Building on College Avenue in downtown Appleton. The company estimated at the time that it would spend around $80 million to purchase and renovate the building for 650 employees located at its headquarters at 425 Better Way, Kimberly.
